I am assuming that you are using OS 9.x. Their are a few changes that you need to make. Open the TCP/IP control panel. It likely shows that Connect via is set to PPP. You need to change that to Ethernet or Built-in Ethernet. At a hotel you will likely need to select Configure "Using DHCP server" In Emailer you will likely need to change the SMTP server info - the hotel should provide that info. Remote Access is not involved - it is for dialup.
