most hotels I've seen offering ethernet service either don't offer a SMTP 
server, or they capture all port 25 traffic behind the scenes and 
redirect it to their server. In either case, no server changes would be 
needed in Emailer.

Of course, there are always the exceptions to those, and they probably 
have some kind of info card telling you what you need to change.
