Maybe you only used the Default account setup in Baton Mail. There were options to set accounts based on different info (full from address, domain of from address, or any from address). >There's another issue, too. I have my domain mail forwarded to another POP. >In Claris Emailer, in order to receive and send mail from this "Main" >Account, the Account must show my POP box. Since the POP box and the return >address are different, there are some recipients that reject that email. OE >Accounts somehow break this in the headers, so I don't have that "rejected >email problem." I know I can overcome this in CE by using separate accounts >for "Send" and "Receive," but that's too complex. No, you simply need to install the Emailer Custom Settings Patch. Emailer's default behaviour is to send the POP info as the return path address... but all other mail clients send the actual from address instead. Some mail servers want the from and the return path to match. The Emailer Custom Settings Patch will cause Emailer to use the from address instead of the POP info. -chris <http://www.mythtech.net> ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
