Um not by me - I LIKE IE too but...first I got an Emailer attached 
mystery .gif then I downloaded the same .gif  from a reputable on-line 
store. Each time, this .gif set off a weird IE window multiplication 
phenomenon. Chris suggested I try another browser because he thought it 
might be related to IE's pop up windows and since I detest the look and 
feel of Netscape, iCab seemed to make sense.  But I am not completely 
convinced.

And Martin Zibulsky responded to an earlier mail of mine:

That is done differently in 9.2.2, but has the same result - iCab _is_ 
listed as the helper for http as well as the default browser.

That is a neat trick, but since I use Emailer and my browser more than 
any other apps, I like them to open up when I open up!
