There are also some standalone pop-up prohibitors if anyone insists on using IE. Though with Safari improving with every iteration it is hard to see why an OSX user would not take the African holiday route. Incidently workarounds are already appearing. BMW's UK site popped up an unwelcome invitation to personal finance today, despite Block Pop-Up Windows being checked in Safari's application menu. When a legit site acts like a porn site it instantly loses my vote.
