You have an OS X .DS_Store file in the Temp Incoming folder. Its an
invisible file that the OS X Finder uses to track folder information
(view, sort order, stuff like that). Emailer chokes when it hits that
file.

The easiest way to cure it is, quit and restart Emailer repeatedly until
all files in the Temp Incoming folder have been unpacked. Then quit
Emailer, throw out the Temp Incoming folder. Close ALL open windows, then
restart Emailer.

That will cause Emailer to create a new fresh Temp Incoming folder
without the .DS_Store file in it. This problem will come and go when
using Emailer under OS X.
