> On or about 6/15/04 4:25 PM Doug McAdam AKA [EMAIL PROTECTED] eruditely mused the following:
>I experimented and simply opened >Emailer and under Setup selected Mail Actions and got the little window. >Then I opened my backup copies of Mail Actions (Spammer actions) and >dragged each spammer action file over to the Emailer Mail Action screen >and voila I am back in business, with exception of new actions I had >added since these originals were created but this is much easier for me >now to add new actions. However I am still wondering why when opening >Emailer it produces a Mail Action file. Oops, there I go again for I >just discovered it is only when there are no Mail Action files in Emailer >it will create one upon start up. I was going to tell about this way of dealing with Mail Actions. Actually, from the Mail Actions window you can highlight any individual Mail Action and save it as a standalone Mail Action that can be sent to anyone else, or backup individually. Sharing the Mail Actions file from your CE folder would be EVERY Mail Action that you have, all in one file. If you go to the FogCity web site you will find individual Mail Actions that can be added to your Mail Actions, but you just found out that you can do this easily dragging into the open Mail Actions window.
