Does the volume of subscribers have any bearing on DSL speeds? They told me this was the problem with Cable, the amount of subscribers slows Cable down.

what the rated speed is for the connection. For ADSL, that will usually
be in the range of 640k to 1.5 Mbs (download, upload can vary widely on

And then be sure to ask them if they cap the speeds, and roughly how many
