It works perfectly with CostCo cards, a variation might be necessary with other cards. It fits fine in Remote Access and FreePPP with OS 8/9. I'm not into OSX so can't be sure but I don't know why it wouldn't work. At 2.99� per minute this could help out in a pinch.
