It also works for me with OS 9.2 and Emailer 2.0v3. However, for some 
obscure reason linked to the finder, it does not open anymore iCab (my 
default browser) if I have not opened it before. It used to work fine 
before and i assume I have some bug somewhere. What I do is therefore the 
following:

1 - Make sure my default browser is open and ready to go (I close the 
window after opening)

2 - Apple-click on the first line of the long bracketed url (middle line 
does not always work)

This always work
