As chris said, the chevrons trick works in other contexts, too.
Panorama is really cool--it's Applescriptable also. You can write
an Applescript that will take whatever info you want from a record
(name, email address, etc) and put it into a new message in Emailer
(or other scriptable email programs). I have one that inserts a
standard subject header as well. Makes it easy to send emails from
my contacts db. This kind of feature is what makes Panther so
cool, but I've been doing it for ages in OS 9.1 with Panorama.
This is in the old Panorama 4--the new version, 5.0 has even
better ways to communicate with other programs, internet, etc
called 'channels' but I haven't looked at these yet.
