I never saw that error, but I'd suggest that you try the following measures:

1)  Move some of those 5200 messages into separate folders.  Empty your
deleted mail folder.

2)  Upgrade to Claris Emailer 2.0v3.  Someone on this list can tell you
where to get installation files.

3)  Then import your old Claris Emailer stuff into 2.0v3.

4)  Then restart Claris Emailer while you hold down the option key.  This
will give you the option to do a standard rebuild of your Emailer database.
That should probably help.
