Regarding the recent discussions about the .DS_Store files, I just acquired a question a couple days ago about them: I was looking for a file on my hard drives and did a Sherlock search for invisible files. I noticed coincidentally that there were a whole bunch of invisible .DS_Store files on the hard drive. Now, I do not have OS X installed in any way on this Mac nor any version of OS 9.2.x. My question: If the .DS files are created by OS X, how did they get on my non-OS X Mac?
