Chris, I don't think I could be online without your help. I called Cox back all prepared to explain the above, and this third tech knew what I was about to say as soon as I mentioned a hub. He immediately fixed the problem and we are both on line now. He profusely apologized for the stupidity of the other two guys, but of course that doesn't get me back the two days of anguish and the sleepless night. Again, thanks so much for saving my bacon again. I regret wasting the time of the others on the list, but maybe someone will encounter the same problem some time.
