I use Hurricane electric (he.net) for this kind of use. As long as I have logged in the past 5 minutes, I can send from any email address on this machine. I would guess there are lots of ISP's with this service type. If you are talking service providers, that is a different story, but there are many per area, I again use one that allows me to use any smtp server I choose to send email out.
