That whole string is your username?!? EEEK... yeah, that might be the 
problem. Who the heck setup your Exchange server and what world were they 
living in where they thought that was the best way to do user account.

Also, why are the breaking the RFCs that clearly state NO SPACES ARE 
ALLOWED (ok, that is a POP/SMTP thing, and we all know MS does what they 
want with their software... but a good admin should know that just 
because Exchange allows spaces, doesn't mean you should use them!)

Can you confirm that "pecandeluxe/Doug Starkey/doug_starkey" is really 
your username. What directions do they provide for setting up Mail or 
Outlook or Entourage? (and do those even allow a space in the username?!?)
