At present Gyazmail can use the scripts provided for Mail that are shown 
in the systemwide script menu. The developer promises further scripting 
capabilities in the future.

I was unable to find a script to edit incoming messages to test with 
Gyaz/Mail. Didn't really know how to search for one. Perhaps you could 
point to where you located this script, so I could try it out. It would 
be great to know that if I need to switch from Emailer, I'd be able to 
edit incoming messages.
