My PowerMail experience:

I found that I had to wait a couple days to get my registration key
after ordering by credit card online. Alter second email they said my
card wouldn't go through. I gave card again and second card also. They
used second number just fine. Both cards ought to have worked and they
could have let me know the problem right away. But they did handle it.
Haven't needed any more support, but wouldn't expect quick direct reply.
Haven't looked for forum.

I had been playing with the trial demo and was sold on the application.
It handles AOL incoming mail for me just like any other mail from my
isp. I am very happy with it. I found one thing that will freeze it, but
it wasn't something I couldn't avoid doing.

Easy to access script allows changing of subject line on incoming mail. Yea!

I was able to successfully transfer quite a bit of mail and lots of
folders via PowerMail's emailer transfer script.
