I put a space in front of the HTML to make it show up at the top,

I *think* but I could be mistaken, in order for Emailer to show the
script in the menu, after putting it in the correct folder, you have
to quit and relaunch Emailer.
I seem to recall that Emailer only builds the list of items in the
Scripts menu when it is launched, not dynamically when you select the
menu. So dropping the script into the folder will not have it show up
in the menu until Emailer is relaunched.
