Dear all
Sixpack/transeq translations dont match BLAST translation. This is giving me such grief. After some research, I found out that theres an alternate option in transeq that translate the nucleic sequence to a peptide, the BLAST way. Is it possible to do the same for Sixpack? Any help regard this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks heaps Yogi
