I managed to get through everything with the files provided. I only found
one apparent error in the instructions. I believe section 2.8, which states:

dpkg -i headers-2.6.17-rtai_r1_i386.deb

Should actually read:

dpkg -i linux-headers-2.6.17-rtai_r1_i386.deb

I can update the documentation, but wanted to confirm that this is the way
it should read.
