On my gmail account I can not see any of what you said, while still
running a vulnerable unpatched OS :D
It is 3 years since last reinstall (I damaged the registry myself, not
a system fault or a virus), and still, no virus or spamware or
anything. Running ~15 hours a day. With and/or without antivirus.

I do not posses a IEXPLORE.EXE file, and I do not have a piece of
outlook, I doubt any modern virus would work without those anyway.
