One comment on Axis is it doesn't display the active modal G-codes 
except in MDI mode.  This particular switch would be something that 
really NEEDS to have its current mode clearly marked on screen all the 
time.  Maybe when in diameter mode, it could display "Dia" next to the 
displayed coordinate.  If the default strarup mode was set for radius, 
then nothing would be displayed on other machines.
