Ok I tried and it also crashes without backlash compensation. So it's not 
related.

It immediately crashes if I type this into MDI:
(I'm at x0 y0)
G3 X10 Y-10 I10 J0

... Or any other arc move. It will crash right after I hit the enter button.
The machine does not move.
