One common problem -- common enough that we added the test in the emc script itself -- is to boot the wrong kernel and then run emc. This particularly happens for users who installed using emc2-install.sh, because when an Ubuntu kernel update is released the boot menu chooses the newly installed kernel as the default, instead of the realtime kernel. > So I should git pull, then git revert the relevant comits then push . > Just want to get it right. Thanks again Yes, but of course double check between 'git revert' and 'git push' that the results are really what you wanted.
