If we wanted a mill, I'm local and could bring over an EMCO F1
vertical mill. But I don't have a personal reason to bring it.

At the 2008 Workshop, it seems like there were at least 5 8-ft tables
in the U-shaped EMC area, and then another two or three in a line.
(Plus Jon and Steve S's vender tables.) That's at least 7-8
non-vender tables. Seems like one 8-outlet power strip per table (or
extension cord) plus one or two additional extension cords for CNC
machines would work.

I can provide a projector.

Is there a chance that we could run off the EMC2 Live CD (or Live CD
on a USB drive) with the university PCs? (Potentially a can of
worms, but there may be other folks wanting to run software on their
computers.)

If not, is there a low-cost/low-latency PC that could be sold after
the show, like what Ray did in 2008? Something around $200-$250
(plus LCD--which could be a $85 refurbed 19")? (A mini itx form
would be nice.)

If everyone is happy with that, I can do that.
