Andy is certainly right here, the number of available H offsets
should not be limited by the size of a carousel, if any.

In anticipation that this is an easy fix (or no fix at all?),
I have updated the docs to reflect the correct operation of
G43Hnn. If it turns out that this is a hard fix, I'll be happy
to revert this commit for now. Updated in v2.5_branch only.
