On Debian Wheezy, when I use the default gcc-4.7 compiler, I get linking errors in the HAL modules (see previous messages on simulator build problems). If I use gcc-4.6 the issue goes away. I haven't been able to spend enough time to track down the root cause of the issue, but the gcc-4.6 work-around is acceptable to me for the moment. I'm hopeful if I drag my feet long enough, someone else will figure out and fix this on the Debian or LinuxCNC side. :) - -- Charles Steinkuehler char...@steinkuehler.net -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.11 (MingW32) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAlB0flwACgkQLywbqEHdNFzkWgCfZHuAztPU6nshdULZZbOfyNsb hKMAn1xX2IwkkA6geTJhhya1bEH3cp4n =77+U -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Don't let slow site performance ruin your business.
