Oops, I forgot one. I'm not a fan of naked icons (if icons are so great, why aren't we still using hieroglyphics?) The four icons for stop, run, pause, and single-step don't warm me. At the least, I'd add text to them. (I know, Axis uses icons too, but at least it gives me explanatory text when I mouse over them. Your buttons are big enough to bear the text.) Again, this is just me. As a grad-school friend of mine once quipped, "there's no accounting for taste."
