Well who am I to force my way on others :)
I just pushed changes to the example config: gscreen_custom that shows
how to have separate Estop and machine-on buttons.

Gotta love what Pavel and Michael did with the gladeVCP infrastructure!
Their work with handler files is what makes this easy.
