The 3x20 isn't quite supported yet...right now it's just the 5i25 which
doesn't require programming the FPGA.  I should have the I/O region
accesses required for the boards with a PLX chip working today
(fingers crossed), which should get all the PCI/PCIe based Mesa boards
working.

The code is available online as the usermode-pci branch from Michael
Haberler's EMC2 git repository:

Michael has verified it works with xenomai-user threads, and I'm
developing on Debian Wheezy with rt-preempt-user.
