The only one I know (and this is mostly from the manual, I never really
used it in actual operation) was on the Allen-Bradley 7320 (a 1978-vintage
16-bit minicomputer control.)  It had a "jog retract" feature.  You could
hit cycle stop, then jog retract, and then move ONLY one axis of your
choice.  When you hit cycle start, it would return to the place in the 
current
block where it had been interrupted and continue finishing that block.
I assume you could change a length offset, not too sure about cutter
radius.
