I'm in the process of rebasing joints_axes3 into a new branch i'm calling joints_axes4, on top of master. It's more work than anticipated, and I got sidetracked by non-linuxcnc stuff most of September, but i'm hoping to finish it up as soon as possible and have something to push. Then hopefully we can all take a look at ja4, fix all the bugs, and merge it into master.
