Ian I thought that the offset removal was not an actual move but just the removal of the difference between requested position and corrected position. It should not move the torch as the next pierce will take over control again. Strictly speaking (as far as the controller is concerned) the torch is still at the same height what the Gcode asked for so there should be no move.
