20µs is equal to 50kHz, I run control loop for current control at 40kHz on 
micro controller. This is around 20 times as fast as needed so it should work 
perfect for 1ms servo thread.

No idea someone talked about a clock at 200kHz. Actually sometimes control loop 
in this range is used for power supplies or at least 100kHz.
