Greetings all; Today, while cutting that 7/16" thread, I thought I'd be gentle with the end e spec and made it a full turn for the g76 retract.
I had a g0 move to the starting zy position before the g76. The g76 would joint-0 follow error at exactly the beginning of the retract move. I since there would have been a backlash takeup at that point, shut it down and cut the x max_accels in half including in the Traj section. Restarted,rehomed & reloaded. No change. So I edited the g76 wrapper and made the g0 move a g1 f18, to the same places. Totally works now. Default would have been f42 which is just about the dead max for x, but z can easily double that. Dead max for x is in the high 30's, and that is what I get from the keyboards arrow keys. X needs more motor voltage obviously.
