Well, my usecase was on a Heidenhain cnc-controller, where G43 is implizit 
applied everytime. Therefore the special tooltable entry.
My "lazy" colleagues work on fanuc controllers, where you have to code G43 to 
have toollength applied, so as I work on a fanuc now as well, but I don't code 
without G43.
Too often I had the case, where I got "simple jobs", just one tool, just this 
or that ...
... and then the boss comes: could you add this or that ...
... and then you run into troubles without G43.
