Adding the type, ALONE, is trivial -- just about 4 lines in
hal.h, I think. But, it would also be very useful
to add this type into Halscope, Halmeter and Hal Configure,
so you could inspect them. That still might not be so hard,
but I'm guessing providing a wide enough field to print
these or scale them onto Halscope
could get pretty involved.
Still, it seems like a good thing to have.
