No, there is no 64-bit HAL pin to export the count on.
The point of using the 64 bit internal counter is so that the
floating-point position that is calculated from counts is reliable.

And then it only really matters for spindles, rather than axes.
Just about the only application where I can imagine is mattering would
be a hobbing machine that runs for days on end.
