Following this thread, I note that only on the pi, are the file dates
over a year old, but if the .pdf is looked at, it is the currently built
pdf, carrying a file date from an ls -l of june 19 2019. File system
diffs? IDK.
Now I DO know, in deference to the life of the sd card, / is mounted
noatime. No real problem, sorry for the noise
