I think that Tormach Pathpilot has 9-axis blending. However I don't
know if it is in Machinekit, on which Pathpilot is based.

Pulling this into LinuxCNC is complicated by the codebase divergence
since the Joints-Axes changes.

I have thought about looking into this myself, but fell at the first
hurdle of finding the relevant source code / commits.
