Sounds like an "RSK" nut:
https://www.gtenballscrew.com/Page/Product/ProductList.aspx
Which seems to be given the "0825" code.

Actually the RSY version w/o the oil hole, and with two return tubes.
Slightly worn, I restuffed the ones I got from Stuart with balls .001 bigger than the 1/16" they came with but still loose enough the nut would self spin to the bottom if held upright, Backlash right now is just over a thou, Pretty good for an 80 yo lathe being run by an rpi4b. Started with a 3b but while it met the speed of spi, was dragging its tongue on the ground, whereas the 4b is plumb comfortable. I can carve metal, and build a new lcnc or a new kernel at the same time. On that pi.

As an aside:
The RSH is an odd one, as the nut for the 16mm screw is 25.4mm dia,
whereas the 12mm screw has a 29.5mm OD. The difference is that the 16mm has
an external ball return tube not shown in any photos. But if you work round
that it can be very useful (I have one in my mill and one in the lathe)

Cheers, Gene Heskett.
