Or to come up with some > other way to deliver the docs. GitHub offers "artifacts" that can be retrieved from successful builds. So, our htmldocs builds could offer these. And then there is a way to link such artifacts with tags or releases for the public to download. That would serve most of our needs, I tend to think. If this saves us (read: you) some work to offer the very latest documentation that master has to offer then I am all up for it.
