The issue is that linuxcnc and linuxcnc-rt would be the same as linuxcnc doesn't get built differently, whether you're using POSIX rt threads, or POSIX non-rt threads. I think it should be `linuxcnc` and `linuxcnc-rtai`. linuxcnc's binaries only change if using RTAI.
