I am a bit rusty on this but If keys have changed, they need to be copied
to this folder on the builder and the name should end in gpg.key.binary

Note that the file linuxcnc-uspace.list.binary in that folder needs to be
updated to use the new key.

you should also update the .chroot files as well (these are used during the
chroot build process and .binary are used in the live system

This folder is a bit confusing but it sets up APT on the image.
Different file names set the location files are copied to.
