Only if the download redirects to wiki.linuxcnc.org.
The wiki server is lacking a certificate (name) and presents dreamhost's default self-signed certificate. Even on http, the wiki loads only partially because it references a stylesheet (template.css) over https.
Names linuxcnc.org, www.linuxcnc.org and wiki.linuxcnc.org are all pointing to the same server. However, LinuxCNC's certificate from Let's Encrypt has only two of the three names. It is missing the wiki.linuxcnc.org name. My guess is adding it would fix the wiki.
