Turns out that groff doesn't support HTML tables. That kinda sucks.
But worse is that the HTML pages are generated from the man-pages and
not from the original asciidoc sources. This is probably a leftover from
pre-adoc conversion.
I think we need to use asciidoc to do the conversion...
