I don't see libgpiod listed as a build dependency in 'debian/control'

Running 'apt-cache showsrc linuxcnc-uspace |grep Build-Depends' also
does not list libgpiod on my system.

But fixing that might not change anything, because Debian updated to
libgpiod2 in August 2024
