I had a fiddle about but ran out of lunchbreak. www.linuxcnc.org/linuxcnc-install-test.sh It looks like it will work with Trixie, and install 2.9.7. In my testing on Bullseye it couldn't find linuxcnc-uspace In my testing on Bookworm it couldn't find any version > 2.9.4 (possibly looking on the Debian repos?) I am unclear whether the script should be run under sudo (in which case the "sudo"s in the script are probably redundant, or whether I need more "sudo"s in the script.
