Car Adaptor need CE Mark?

     Hi Mike,
     
     For the US, should be evaluated under the UL category for Adapters, 
     Vehicle Battery (AATX).  Not sure about Europe or other countries.

     We are planning to market a car adaptor to allow users to power their 
     laptops from a car cigarette lighter. Are there any regulations that 
     apply to this type of product?
